A Pristine Paradise
The Mount Warning Spring Water source flows deep below the base of Mount Warning, the remnant of an ancient volcano in the Tweed Valley, near Byron Bay on Australia’s East Coast. The Tweed Valley is famous for its unsurpassed beauty, pristine rainforests, lush green valleys, and geographical and cultural diversity. It is home to the largest extinct shield-rim volcano in the world, the Tweed caldera, with the imposing spire of Mount Warning at its heart.
In this pristine setting, hundreds of feet below an ancient rainforest, lies the Mount Warning Spring Water source, a vast confined aquifer, that has remained, to this day, pure and protected.
For thousands of years subtropical rains, blown in from thousands of kilometres of untouched open Pacific Ocean, have showered the Mount Warning caldera and travelled down through layers of ancient volcanic rock filtering through into the confined aquifer below the valley floor.
The slow journey deep beneath the geological formation of the volcano naturally filters and mineralises the water, creating a water source high in minerals, naturally alkaline* (pH 7.5) with a distinctive smooth, sweet taste. The water is captured at a depth of 77 metres and bottled at the source to preserve its absolute purity.
The natural qualities imparted upon the water in this unique location ensure Mount Warning Spring Water competes with the best known waters in the world for purity, taste and quality.
